Looking at my post history on this blog, it shouldn’t be hard to realise that despite my posts about spending my time productively, I have failed in that endeavour. I’m not going to let that get me down though. I have learnt from this mistake.
A few days ago, I saw this image shared on Twitter:
It really got me thinking, because I found myself guilty of not doing half of the things on that list. However, that is now going to change.
Here’s what I intend to do:
- Stop doing more pleasurable tasks at the expense of delaying more difficult ones. This is my current biggest offence.
- Visualise my day to ensure I get important matters done.
- Move my workout sessions to before work instead of after.
